Food Bank of the Rockies (FBR) - Aurora
FBR is a nonprofit that collects and distributes food to
those in need.
NMTC used to construct 260,000 sf. distribution center.
Distribute 96.1 million pounds of food annually by 2028,
which is a 20% increase in distribution capacity.
Cleo Parker Robinson Dance
CPRD is one of the largest minority-led cultural arts
institutions in the Rocky Mountain region.
NMTC used to construct 25,000 sf. addition to
existing building in Denver, including expanded
studio space, office space, new theaters, new health
clinic, and new hub for STAR program.
Valley-Wide Health - Rocky Ford Clinic
The Rocky Ford Clinic, part of Valley-Wide Health
Systems, is a federally qualified health center serving
underserved areas and populations in Otero county.
NMTC utilized to update infrastructure, including
available technology and model of care for improved
safety and security.
Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver
(HFHMD)
HFHMD provides safe, affordable housing through
various programs and the NMTC helped consolidate its
offices, warehouse, and ReStore facilities into a new
headquarters to increase efficiency, sustainability, and
cost-effectiveness.
Enable HFHMD to increase delivery of new homes
from 50 homes per year to 65 per year (30% increase).
