LATINO LOAN PROGRAM
BMO partnered with CEF to create the Latino Business Loan Program
in 2024 to help reduce barriers and support inclusive economic
opportunities for small business owners across Colorado.
CEF’s mission has always been to provide access to
capital to underserved communities, including
minority-owned small businesses. BMO recognized
our work in the Hispanic/Latino community and
committed $500,000 over five years,
enabling CEF to focus even more economic and
educational resources toward Hispanic/Latinoowned businesses. During FY24, CEF
concentrated on building capacity by hiring
several bilingual community loan officers and
business navigators.
