When Deborah Fitch opened Debbie’s Drive-In with her husband, Cameron, in Granby in
January 2020, she couldn’t have imagined her passion for quality beef would eventually help
save Colorado’s ranching heritage. As business surged during the pandemic, Deborah and
Cameron purchased Fitch Ranch Artisan Meat Co., a local meat processing plant. What started
as a solution to their own needs evolved into something far more meaningful.
